This vintage measure cup is from the 1940's. 

This cup measures 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 cup on one side and the other side measures 1/3, 2/3 and 1 cup. Embossed with the letter "K" on the bottom. Made by Hazel-Atlas Glass Company for Kellogg's.
